Find Hiring Manager

Find who to email about a job a company is hiring for

Find Hiring Manager costs 1 Credit per person found, charged only when the person has a valid email. A company where nobody is found is free.

What You Need

Each row needs a Company Website or a Company LinkedIn URL. It works best on a list of saved job posts, because those rows also carry the person who posted the job.

Who It Finds

For each company it tries, in this order:

  1. The person who posted the job (LinkedIn's "Meet the hiring team"), when the job shows one. They are kept even when they work in HR or recruiting.

  2. The person the job reports to, when you tell it the title (for example "CFO" or "President & CEO").

  3. The company's leaders: CEO, President, CFO, COO, Founder, then Executive Director.

A Vice President never counts as the President, and an assistant or chief of staff never counts as the executive they support.

How to Find Hiring Managers

  • Go to your Lists page and open a list of job posts or companies.

  • Use the view, search and filters to show only the companies you want.

  • Click "Add Enrichment".

  • Choose "Find Hiring Manager".

  • Wait a few minutes, then refresh the list. Each hiring manager found is added to the list as a new contact.

Each person added gets a line in their history: Find Hiring Manager - Parvenu - (email) - 1 Credit.

How Credits Are Counted

  • Only the rows your view, search and filters are showing are used.

  • A company with several jobs on the list is searched once.

  • Catch-all addresses and shared inboxes (hr@, info@, careers@, jobs@) never count, so they are never charged.

  • Mobile numbers are not included. Run Find Mobile Phone on the people found if you want them.

Use Cases

  • Selling to recruiters and staffing firms - Turn a list of companies hiring for a role into the people who make that hire.

  • Hiring-signal outreach - Reach the person behind a new job post while the need is fresh.
