# Multi-ICP Score

Find out which of your ICPs each contact fits, or that it fits none

{% hint style="info" %}
Multi-ICP Score costs **0.2 Credits per contact**, however many ICPs you pick. Contacts already scored with the same ICPs are skipped for free unless you choose to score everybody again.
{% endhint %}

Have more than one kind of customer, like roofers, HVAC companies and home builders? Multi-ICP Score checks every contact against all of them at once. Each contact gets the ICP it fits best, or **No match** if it fits none.

## What You Need

At least 2 ICPs saved in Parvenu. Build them first on the ICP page.

## How to Score a List Against Several ICPs

* Go to your [Lists](https://app.parvenu.io/app/lists) page and open your list.
* Use the search box or filters if you only want some of the contacts. Only the contacts on screen are scored.
* Click "Add Enrichment" and choose **Multi-ICP Score**.
* Tick 2 to 10 ICPs. Each one uses its own minimum score.
* Under **Who to score**, keep **People not scored yet** or pick **Everybody**.
* Click "Run scoring". When it finishes, the ICP columns fill in.

## Who to Score

* **People not scored yet** (the default) - Contacts that already have a score for the same ICPs keep it and are not charged again. Only new contacts are scored. If you edit one of the ICPs, everyone is scored again, because the ICP is asking a different question.
* **Everybody** - Score every contact on screen again, including ones already scored. Use it when you want fresh scores.

The same choice is in the API, the connector and the Multi-ICP Score Flow step.

## What It Fills

| Column | What it holds |
| --------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------- |
| ICP Name | The ICP the contact fits best, or No match |
| ICP Match | Yes if the contact fits at least one ICP |
| ICP Score | 0 to 100, for the best fit (or the closest one if none fit) |
| Match Threshold | That ICP's minimum score |
| Explanation | Every ICP's score, and why the best fit scored what it did |

These are the same columns ICP Scoring fills, so running one replaces the other's result on those contacts.

Click an Explanation cell to see every ICP's score, then one card per check for the best fit: what it checked, whether it passed, and how many points it added.

## How the Score Works

Each ICP has must-haves, like the type of company and the job title, and nice-to-haves.

* **Must-haves decide the match.** If a contact clearly misses a must-have of an ICP, or there is not enough information to check it, it does not match that ICP, however well the rest scores. The Explanation says which must-have stopped it.
* **Job titles need a clear fit.** Owner, General Manager or VP of Sales pass. A vague title like Manager or Vice President passes only when the company clearly fits the ICP.
* **Software and IT titles are not buyers.** A title built around a tool or system, like ServiceTitan Manager, CRM Admin or IT Director, does not count as a buyer.
* **No location? The website ending helps.** If a contact has no city, state or country, the company website ending is used instead, so .ca means Canada and .co.uk means the UK. Endings like .com, .co or .io don't name a country, so they are left alone.
* **Unknown company size is left out.** If the row has no company size, size does not help or hurt the score.
* **Empty rows are skipped for free.** A contact with no job title and no company is not scored and not charged.
* **Thin company info?** Fill in a company description first with Company Profile, Company From Domain or Scrape Website with AI, then score.

## In Flows

* **Multi-ICP Score step** - Add it to a Flow to score every lead against the ICPs you pick. Each run scores only its own leads. See [Enrichment and AI Steps](/features/flows/enrichment-and-ai-steps.md).
* **Contact is ICP trigger** - Start a Flow the moment a contact matches one ICP, or any ICP. See [Triggers](/features/flows/triggers.md).

## Good to Know

* **One price, any number of ICPs** - 0.2 credits per contact whether you pick 2 ICPs or 10.
* **Already scored? Free** - With People not scored yet, a contact scored before with the same ICPs costs nothing.
* **Location counts** - A contact outside an ICP's area scores 0% for that ICP, and is still charged.
* **Nothing charged on a failed check** - If a contact cannot be scored, it is free and the explanation says so.

## Use Cases

* **Route leads to the right campaign** - Filter by ICP Name and send roofers to the roofing sequence and HVAC owners to the HVAC one.
* **Clean a mixed list** - Drop everything marked No match before you spend credits on emails and phones.
* **See which market a list really is** - The Explanation column shows how close each contact came to every ICP.
* **Act on a match right away** - A Contact is ICP Flow can send a new HVAC match straight to your HVAC campaign.
