# Stop a Running Enrichment

Stop an enrichment that is running on a list. Nothing more is looked up or charged.

Started an enrichment on the wrong list, or on more rows than you meant? Stop it. It stops within a few seconds and charges nothing more.

{% hint style="info" %}
Rows already done keep their results and their charges. Rows the enrichment never reached are not looked up, not charged, and get no line in their log.
{% endhint %}

## How to stop one

1. Open the list.
2. Click the progress button next to search (it says **1 running**, **2 running** and so on).
3. Next to the enrichment, click **Stop**.
4. The button asks **Stop this enrichment?** Click **Stop** to confirm, or **Cancel** to keep it running. If you do nothing for a few seconds, it goes back and keeps running.

The bar then says **Stopped** with how many rows were done, and fades away.

## Good to know

* It works on every enrichment on the list, wherever it was started: the table, Claude, the API, a waiting enrichment, or a Flow that writes to the list.
* The row being looked up at that moment still finishes. Everything after it stops.
* A stopped enrichment can't be resumed. Start it again to carry on.
* From Claude, ask it to stop the enrichment. From the API, use [Stop an Enrichment](https://developer.parvenu.io/get-enrichment-results/stop-an-enrichment).
* Stopping is free.
