# Google Sheets
Send your Parvenu data to Google Sheets automatically.
## Send Data from Parvenu table to a Google Sheet

1. Create a Google Sheet and give it a name
2. Click "Share"
3. Change the share settings to "Anyone with the link" and "Editor" to make the Sheet public\

6. Select the List you want to Export to Sheets
7. Click "Add Enrichment"
8. Select "Google Sheet Export" from the dropdown

## What the export writes
* **The column names match your table.** Row 1 of your sheet uses the same column names you see in Parvenu — "First Name", "Company Linkedin", "Scrape Website with AI".
* **Exporting again adds rows, not another header.** A header row is written only when the tab is empty, so exporting the same list a second time puts the new rows underneath the ones already there.
* **Your own layout is kept.** If you rearrange, rename or remove columns in the sheet, the next export fills the columns that are still there and leaves everything else alone. Sheets you have been exporting into for a while keep filling correctly.
* **Only the rows you are looking at.** The export matches the view, filters and search you have set in the table.
## Send to Google Sheets in a Flow
A Flow can write each lead into a Google Sheet as it is produced, so the sheet fills while the Flow runs instead of after it. Anything the Flow itself created — a personalization, a research summary, a website answer — is written along with the rest of the row.

1. Open your Flow and click **Add step**
2. Choose **Send to Google Sheets** under Actions
3. Paste the sheet's share link into **Spreadsheet URL**
4. Set **Tab** to the name of the tab you want to write into. Leave it as `Sheet1` if you have not renamed it
5. Optionally add **Extra columns** — any other field off the lead, such as `profile.headline`, or a `{{template}}`
6. Save and run the Flow
The step is free, like every other export.
### Things worth knowing
* **The step writes a standard set of columns**: name, email, title, company, website, both LinkedIn URLs, address, and the three AI columns. That way a sheet filled by one Flow reads like a sheet filled by another.
* **Once the sheet has a header, the header decides the columns.** Each row is laid out under the names already in row 1, and anything the header does not name is reported on the lead rather than dropped silently. So to add a column to a sheet that already has rows, add it in the sheet too.
* **A missing tab is a real error.** If the tab name does not match, the step fails and tells you so rather than quietly creating one.
* **Paste the URL — there is no sheet picker.** Parvenu's Google connection can write to a sheet you give it, but it cannot browse your Google Drive to list your files.
