# Trellus

Start Parvenu Flows when a rep finishes a call in Trellus, with the call's transcript.

When a rep finishes a call in Trellus and picks a disposition (for example **Connected - Positive** or **Meeting Booked**), Parvenu starts your **New Trellus Call** Flows for that person, with the call summary, the transcript and the person's details already filled in.

## Save your Trellus API key

Parvenu uses your key to list your team's own dispositions and reps in the trigger's settings, and to fetch a call's transcript when the webhook has none.

1. In Trellus, open **Settings > Call Data API** and copy your API key.
2. On Parvenu's [Integrations](https://app.parvenu.io/app/integrations) page, click **Connect** on the **Trellus** card, paste the key and click **Save key**.

Without a key you can still type dispositions and rep names in by hand.

## Add your Trellus link to Trellus

You add one link, once, for your whole account. Every New Trellus Call Flow you have turned on hears each call, and each Flow keeps its own disposition and rep settings.

1. In Parvenu, open a Flow that starts with the **New Trellus Call** trigger (or add that trigger to a new Flow), click the trigger and click **Copy link** under **Your Trellus link**.
2. In Trellus, open **Settings > Integrations > Webhooks** and click **Add Webhook**.
3. Paste the link as the URL and set the method to **POST**.
4. Tick only the **Post-call submitted** event, then click **Save Changes**.

The link is the same in every New Trellus Call Flow, so you only add it to Trellus once.

Only **Post-call submitted** starts a Flow. Trellus sends it once the rep has saved the final disposition and notes, with the full transcript. Other Trellus events (Dial initiated, Call ended, Transcript updated and the rest) are ignored, so one call never starts a Flow twice.

## When a call has no transcript

When a call arrives without a transcript, the Flow waits up to 5 minutes while Parvenu fetches that same call's transcript from Trellus with your key. If there is no key, or Trellus still has no transcript after 5 minutes, the Flow goes on without it and the run log says why. The transcript always comes from that exact call, never from another call with the same person.

## What the Flow gets

The New Trellus Call trigger is set up in the Flow builder. See [Triggers](/features/flows/triggers.md) for its settings and the fields later steps can use.
