# Saved Views

Save your table filters under a name and use them again in one click.

A saved view keeps the filters you set on a list's table under a name. Pick it from the **View** menu and the table shows the same contacts again.

{% hint style="success" %}
Saved views are **free**. They never use credits.
{% endhint %}

## What a saved view keeps

* The filters you added to the table
* The choice in the **View** menu, for example All Contacts or Verified
* The ICP you picked
* The text in the search box

## Save a view

1. Go to your [Lists](https://app.parvenu.io/app/lists) page and open a list.
2. Set the filters, View, ICP and search you want.
3. Open the **View** menu and save the current filters as a new view.
4. Give it a name and pick your settings.
5. Save it.

| Setting                | Default | What it does                                                                                      |
| ---------------------- | ------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Share with my team** | On | Everyone on your team can use the view. Turn it off and only you can see it. |
| **Use on any list** | Off | Off means the view only shows up on this list. Turn it on to use the view on every list you have. |

## Use a saved view

1. Open the list.
2. Open the **View** menu. Your saved views are listed there.
3. Pick one. The table shows only the contacts that match it.

To go back, pick a built-in view such as **All Contacts** or **Verified**. This clears the saved view's filters.

## Edit or delete a saved view

Each saved view in the **View** menu has two buttons:

* **Pencil (edit).** Rename the view, change its settings, or click **Save the filters showing now** to replace its filters with what the table shows right now.
* **Delete.** Removes the saved view. Your contacts are not touched.

## Run an enrichment on a saved view

Pick a saved view, then click **Add Enrichment**. The enrichment runs only on the contacts in that view. Everyone else on the list is left as it is, and you are only charged for the contacts in the view.

## Use a saved view in a Flow

A Parvenu list trigger can watch a saved view instead of the whole list. Each contact starts the Flow once, the first time it matches the view. See [Triggers](/features/flows/triggers.md).

## Use a saved view from the API or Claude

* **API.** Every list enrichment takes an optional `saved_view` with the view's name, and runs only on that view's contacts. See [List Saved Views](https://developer.parvenu.io/manage-lists/list-saved-views) in the API docs.
* **Claude.** The list enrichment tools take `saved_view` too, and `parvenu_list_saved_views` shows the saved views you can use. See [Claude](/features/integrations/claude.md).

## Companies view

Want to see companies instead of people? Pick **Companies** in the **View** menu. You get one row per company, with no contact fields. It works on every list, whatever made the list. See [Email Verification](/features/clean/email-verification.md#companies) for all the built-in views.
