# Jobs Search

Find contacts at companies hiring for specific jobs.

Recruiters spend most of their time searching for companies that need help with hiring. Our job search simplifies this process by letting you search new job postings by hiring title and then find the specific person who posted the job.

## Search Jobs

1. Navigate to [Find Job Listing](https://app.parvenu.io/app/sources/jobs-search) as a source.

### Job Search

| **Location** | The location where the job is posted. | San Fransisco, CA | |
| **When Posted** | How recently the job was posted. | Past 24 hours | |

| **Minimum Salary** | The minimum salary of the job listing. | $40,000+ | Use this filter sparingly - most jobs don't list a salary and using this will result in a much smaller list. |

{% endhint %}

{% hint style="info" %}
When searching by job title, enter 1 job title per line.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="info" %}
People found at the hiring companies follow the same rules as [Lead Enrichment](/features/sources/lead-enrichment.md): people recently added to your account are skipped and not charged, and nobody is added to the same list twice.
{% endhint %}

### Scheduling

4. Optionally decide if you want to schedule the search to find new job posts.

| Field                 | Description                                            | Example |
| --------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------ | ------- |
| **Enable Scheduling** | Search again for new job postings every X time period. | 7 days |

{% hint style="info" %}
Get the most out of the jobs search by aligning **When Posted** and **Enable Scheduling**.

**When Posted** - Last 24 hours

**Scheduling** - 1 Day
{% endhint %}

### Managing Schedules

Your saved schedules are on the **Schedules** tab of the Job Search page, where you can run one now, edit it or delete it.

You can also manage them through the [Parvenu API](https://developer.parvenu.io/search/job-search/list-schedules) or by asking Claude with the Parvenu connector, for example *"pause my roofing jobs schedule"* or *"how many usable emails did my weekly search find?"*. There you can also:

* **Pause and resume** a schedule. A paused schedule keeps its settings and simply skips its runs until you resume it.
* **See each run's results**: jobs found, how many were new, contacts added and usable emails (valid or accept-all). The newest run's contact and email counts keep growing until the next run starts, because people and emails arrive after the jobs.
* **Create a schedule without running it now.** The first run then happens on the next scheduled date.

{% hint style="info" %}
Managing schedules is free. Each run costs the same as running the search yourself: 0.1 credit per new job, plus contacts and emails at their normal rates. If your balance is too low when a run is due, that run is skipped and the reason shows in the run's results.
{% endhint %}

## Download the Results

1. Navigate to the [Lists](https://app.parvenu.io/app/lists) page
2. Search for the list you created and open the table
3. Download the file or export it to one of our integrations.
