Rather than manually perform the same actions new lists, you can use the Rules Engine to trigger automations.
Rules Engine Components
Trigger
Triggers are what start your automations.
Trigger: New contact with "Marketing" tag.
Filters
Filters let you automatically clean data by applying segments before the data moves to the next step.
Filter: Apply the marketing segment filter.
Enrichments
Enrichments allow you to get more information about your contacts and companies.
Enrichment: Personalize with AI
Actions
Actions are where the data is sent when all the conditions are met - such as a third-party app.
Action: Send to Smartlead email campaign.
Set up an Automation in the Rules Engine
Click "Create Automation"
Select a Trigger app from the dropdown and an available trigger for that app and click "Next Step"
Select an Enrichment from the dropdown and click "Next Step"
Select a Filter Segment from the dropdown and click "Next Step"
Select Action app from the dropdown and an available action for that app and click "Next Step"
Give your automation a name, preview the flow you've set up, and click "Build Automation"
View Existing Automations
Click "View" under Automation Lists
From here you can select an automation to view the workflow, or delete automations you no longer need.
