Using Variables in your Custom Prompts

To use a variable in your AI prompt, you want to wrap the name of the field in double curly brackets.

How to set up Personalize with AI?

1. Build your List

Build a list using either one of our sources.

1. Navigate to your Lists page and select the list you want to personalize

2. Click "Add Enrichment"

3. Select either "Personalize with AI," to use the prebuilt prompts, or "Custom AI," to write your own prompt, from the dropdown

   
4. Wait ~15 minutes for the results

5. Download your results

6. Use the personalizations created as custom text replacements in your email platform of choice.
